The Women’s Business Center (WBC)
is a Small Business Administration program operated by VEDC (Valley Economic
Development Center) to promote the creation and growth of businesses by women
and minority entrepreneurs.
In the last year, the WBC has helped 786 businesses, generated over $1 million
in business loans and helped create 134 new businesses. This effort has
resulted in the creation of 35 jobs and the realization of many more dreams. Backed by the expertise of VEDC, the premier business development organization in Southern California and a dedicated staff, we assist our clients with
access to business capital, training and consulting.
